Storyline
Black Ops 6 takes players back to the early 90s, following the events of Call of Duty: Black Ops Cold War and the 1980s flashbacks of Call of Duty: Black Ops II.
The game is packed with thrilling, conspiracy-filled campaigns where loyal soldiers are branded traitors by a corrupt US government. Players will go undercover, make key choices that shape the story, and solve mysteries along the way.
Featuring an open campaign, varied missions, and the return of fan-favourite Frank Woods, you can decide how you want to tackle each mission—whether it's through sneaky gadgets and charm or full-blown chaos. With a safe house to regroup after every mission, it's all about playing in your style and uncovering the government conspiracy!
Gameplay
Black Ops 6 will stick to its roots as a first-person shooter, offering a single-player campaign, multiplayer, and the all-time favourite Zombies mode.
New features include omnidirectional movement for more dynamic gameplay and "Intelligent Movement" settings for automated actions. Players can customize the HUD, including a "Legacy" preset for Zombies fans.
The campaign offers mission variety, dialogue trees, and a safe house for planning. Multiplayer launches with 16 new maps, including 6v6 and 2v2 modes, along with the return of the Prestige system and Theater mode that we all know.
Expect to see all new maps and zombies, along with currencies for upgrades and new customizable Augments to tweak gameplay.
Campaigns
In 1991, as the Gulf War rages on and the failed operation in Kuwait leaves everyone on edge, CIA operative Russell Adler, who’s been MIA for months, suddenly resurfaces with a cryptic message. He warns his old buddy Frank Woods about "Pantheon," a shadowy organization that’s infiltrated the CIA and is labelling anyone who fights back as a traitor.
Woods, along with his new partner Troy Marshall, decides to go rogue and assemble a team: CIA handler Jane Harrow, tech whiz Felix Neumann, and professional assassin Sevati "Sev" Dumas. Their mission? Stop Pantheon from unleashing a doomsday weapon before it's too late.
