What is the difference between an instant call and a scheduled call?

An instant call will connect you with one of our in-store experts instantly. Alternatively, you can make an online appointment for a future time and date.

Why can’t I make an instant call?

Instant calls are available during working hours and when an in-store expert is available. If no one is available, you can schedule an appointment for a future time and date.

Will I be seen on the call?

It’s completely up to you whether to turn your camera on or off. We do however need your microphone to be on so we can talk.

Will I have to share my details?

You will not be required to share any details except your contact details for the scheduled calls. To complete your purchase online, you will need to enter your delivery and payment details securely online.
