This feature only collects single-lead ECG data from your wrist. Results and guidance should be used for reference only and should not be used for medical diagnosis or treatment.
Information about the user in an ECG analysis report comes from the HUAWEI Health app. If you need to change the user, switch to another user's HUAWEI ID in the HUAWEI Health app and restart the ECG app on your phone.
Blood Pressure Measurements
An airbag is delivered with the watch to support blood pressure measurements. You can select the blood pressure app from the app list on the watch to start a measurement. During the measurement, keep your watch level with your heart. After the measurement is complete, you will be able to view the detailed report.
Results and guidance should be used for reference only and should not be used for medical diagnosis or treatment.
Bluetooth Calling

Heart Rate Monitoring
The watch can continuously monitor your heart rate for 24 hours in real time or in smart mode.
During a workout, the watch will vibrate to alert you when it detects that your heart rate has exceeded the preset threshold. You can sync data to your phone and then to the Huawei Health app cloud.
Results should not be used for medical purposes. The heart rate threshold varies depending on your age. The threshold needs to be set and enabled in the Huawei Health app.
Workout Monitoring
The watch comes with a sensor to identify and monitor multiple workout modes and record and display workout data such as step counts, calories burned, and durations of moderate to high intensity activities.
You can view detailed workout data on the watch and in the Huawei Health app and share the data in the app.
You can start a workout on the watch and make a workout plan that meets your fitness requirements. During the workout, the watch will automatically record your workout data in real time and provide timely guidance based on your performance. After you finish the workout, you can use the Huawei Health app to share your workout achievements.

Breathing Exercises
Breathing exercises can help you stay relaxed and prevent stressful situations at work or in daily life from affecting your mood. Wear your watch correctly, keep your arms still, and follow the onscreen guide to exhale and inhale.
Once you start a breathing exercise, a countdown will be displayed on the screen and text and graphics will then be alternately displayed to show you how to exhale and inhale. The watch will automatically start collecting your heart rate signal.
When you finish the breathing exercise, a summary of the exercise, including the change to your heart rate, will be displayed on the screen.
Message Assistant
The watch can display notifications for instant messages, incoming calls, SMS messages, emails, social apps, and AI Tips (only available on Huawei devices running EMUI 9.1 or later) received on your phone. These notifications will be pushed to the watch via Bluetooth and the watch will then vibrate to alert you.
You can perform operations on some notifications, such as deleting SMS or instant messages, rejecting incoming calls, and blocking notifications. To use this feature, ensure that the watch is connected to your phone and that your phone's network is functioning normally.

For security reasons, bank cards with the access function, as well as access cards with the saving and spending function or the transport payment function, can't be emulated. Even if the emulation is successful, these cards can't be used as bank cards or transportation cards.
Transportation Cards
