Slash's signature pickups have been loved by fans and the 6-string king himself for over a decade. Slash has since realized he needed a hotter version of his microphones in concert during his multiple world tours with Guns N' Roses and his band "Slash Featuring Myles Kennedy and The Conspirators".
In working on this new tone with Seymour Duncan, the team's goal was to provide "the same tone, the same clarity...but warmer" as their APH-2s. The Slash 2.0 set is based on his iconic pickups, now with a warmer sonic texture that delivers the familiar sound Slash loves while pushing his amps with the perfect balance of volume, saturation and compression.
