Red Ticket | Terms & Conditions
- Once the Red Ticket is booked and paid for, no refunds, returns, or exchanges are allowed for either the Red Ticket or the iPhone. This includes changes to the voucher or a change of mind regarding the phone.
- The Red Ticket redemption is only valid for 10 days from the iPhone launch date (i.e., 20th Sept to 30th Sept).
- Online Purchase - A digital coupon will be sent via email to online purchases & is redeemable online.
- Store Purchase - The cardholder who made the payment must be present to redeem the Red Ticket voucher, as per store policy. Customers must present a valid ID and the card used for payment at the time of collection.
- The Red Ticket is valid for use in a single transaction only. Its value cannot be split across multiple purchases.
- The Red Ticket can only be redeemed on eligible listed brands and accessories.
- Red Ticket purchase and redemption are limited to verified CIRCLE loyalty members, with each member entitled to redeem only one (1) iPhone, regardless of the number of Red Tickets purchased.
- Apple Care+ is the only extended warranty option for Red Ticket online purchases in the UAE.
- The Red Ticket is available for purchase both in-store and online.
General Terms & Conditions
- The Red Ticket and its benefits are non-transferable and can only be used by the original purchaser.
- The company reserves the right to change, modify, or cancel the offer or any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.
- In case of any disputes, the decision of the company shall be final and binding.
- The company is not responsible for any loss, theft, or misuse of the Red Ticket once issued.
- These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the applicable jurisdiction.
- Misuse of the Red Ticket or violation of any of the above conditions may result in cancellation without refund.
- The company reserves the right to verify the identity of the customer before honoring the redemption.
- By purchasing and using the Red Ticket, the customer is deemed to have accepted all Terms & Conditions listed herein.
