Tech Fest | General Terms and Conditions
- Customers that spend AED 500 or more on Tech products are eligible for weekly prizes.
- Customers that spend AED 1,000 or more on Tech products are eligible for weekly prizes and the end-of-campaign Grand Prize.
- Customers must join the Virgin Circle loyalty program to be eligible to enter the draw. One entry per transaction. More transactions, more chances.
- Eligibility validation period starts on the 11th of September 2026 and ends on the 11th of October 2026.
- Winner will be notified by telephone and shall only be able to claim the prize by presenting adequate personal identification (Emirates ID, passport or valid driver license with photo ID). If the Customer is unreachable, the prize will be forfeited by the customer, and customer shall not have any right to claim any damages or compensation whatsoever from Virgin Megastore.
- The prize will be awarded only and within the UAE. In case the winner of the raffle draw is not a legal resident of the UAE or resides outside of the UAE.
- The prize of the Grand Prize winner is non-exchangeable, non-transferable to any other individual and cannot be requested by the winner and no cash alternative is offered.
- All cost after documentation and registration of Grand Prize of winner shall be bared by the winner itself and Virgin Megastore will not bare any cost in the process.
- Prize substitution, refund or cash equivalent claims are not permitted in any way whatsoever.
- Prize images may not reflect actual size, style, colour, or models of the actual prizes.
- All transactions during Tech Fest (i.e., 11th of September 2026 till 11th October 2026) are non-refundable nor exchangeable.
- All costs related to insurance, registration, transportation of the vehicle shall be borne by the winner, and Jetour undertakes to provide all participants, in advance, with detailed written terms and conditions that will include, inter alia, such costs.
- Winner must be above 18 years old and hold a valid Emirates Driver’s license.
