- Spend AED 350 and above on Toys for a chance to WIN the Grand Prize.
- Grand Prize – 1-minute free shopping spree only on Toys, Excluding E-scooters / Consoles (PlayStation / Xbox).
- Participants will have 1 minute to shop for items in-store or online.
- Only items available at the time of the shopping session will be eligible.
- Participants must start their shopping session at the scheduled time.
- No items may be held or reserved prior to the shopping minute.
- Any items not completed at the end of the minute will not be processed.
- Customers must enroll Virgin Circle loyalty program to be eligible to enter the draw. 1 entry per transaction. More transactions, more chances.
- The eligibility period runs from November 8, 2024, to November 22, 2024.
- Winners will be contacted by phone and must present valid personal identification (Emirates ID, passport, or a valid driver’s license with photo ID) to claim their prize.
- If a winner cannot be reached, the prize will be forfeited, and they will not have the right to claim any damages or compensation from Virgin Megastore.
- Prize substitution, refund or cash equivalent claims are not permitted in any way whatsoever.
- Prize images may not reflect actual size, style, colour, or models of the actual prizes.
- All transactions during Toy Fest (i.e., from November 8, 2024, to November 22, 2024) are non-refundable nor exchangeable.
- The prize of the Grand Prize winner is non-exchangeable, non-transferable to any other individual and cannot be requested by the winner and no cash alternative is offered. The prize cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer.
- Virgin Megastore reserves the right to replace the prize with an alternative prize of equal or higher value if circumstances beyond Virgin Megastore’s control makes it necessary to do so.
