Pro-Ject Jukebox S2 Record Player with 5 S2 Speaker Box features an acrylic platter with good damping characteristics and an 8.6-inch aluminum tonearm. The tonearm is equipped with a proprietary Pick-It 25A cartridge, the design of which has been optimized for use on this particular player. The device has a belt drive with manual switching of the disk rotation speed of 33/45 rpm and its support bearing is made of bronze and stainless steel with high precision. It is equipped with a proprietary phono stage, assembled according to the circuit that is used in the company's Box Design series models, as well as a 2 x 50 W stereo amplifier operating in class D. To control the operation of the player, there is a large backlit LCD display on its top panel. The Pro-Ject Juke Box S2 comes complete with a remote control, dust cover, speaker cables and damping mounts. The supplied Speaker Box 5 S2 convince with their spacious and detailed sound. A 25 mm silk dome tweeter delivers crystal clear highs, the 130 mm fiberglass cone gives full-bodied and lush meds as well as punchy and tight bass.
